Application Process
Due to an extremely high number of top quality applications we have closed new applications for the Global Management Trainee - UK, Global Management Trainee - Italy, Commercial Trainee - UK and Internship - UK opportunities. If you are interested in working in the UK for AB InBev, you may want to consider our Supply Trainee program. Alternatively we are still actively recruiting for opportunities outside the UK. Please apply soon to ensure your application can be considered.
The final deadline for applications for our graduate programs is the 25th March 2012. Offers of employment will be made on a rolling basis, so apply early to avoid disappointment!
We will guide you through each step of the process and will notify you of the outcome after each phase.
Application Process - Key Stages
- Submit an online application to the programme of your choice by going to 'APPLY NOW'
- If your application is successful you will be invited to site online tests. There are three online tests that you will be asked to complete:
- numerical reasoning
- logical reasoning
- ABI cultural fit test
You will need to pass each test before being invited to the next test.
- After you have successfully completed the cultural fit test you will be invited to telephone interview. You will need to log in to your application to book in to an interview slot.
- Following the telephone interview your application will be considered for the ABI Day, a one day assessment centre held in Belgium
In 2012 ABI Days will be held on the following dates: - 17th February 2012
- 30th March 2012 (Internship positions only)
- 12th April 2012
- Please keep these dates free
- If you successfully pass the ABI Day, the final stage will be a Final Panel. These will be held in Belgium on the following dates:
- 6th March 2012
- 7th May 2012
